Welcome

My Name is Jack Smith, known professionally as Benji. I'm a musician, composer and producer, who graduated from Ravensbourne University (BA [Hons]: Music & Sound Design). Starting off my career playing in bands as a very heavy handed punk drummer, my vast curiosity got the better of me and has led me down a path of versatility. Now branching into composition for films and media, as well as producing experimental electronica and other genres. I have no intention of stopping here, as I intend to branch out and explore as much as I feasibly can. I am very much anti - labels and against the notion of categorisation. It seems to causes nothing but boundaries for people's creativity and freedom. I intend to stay true to my curiosity and versatility by seeing how far I can push myself.
